TNews, JAKARTA<\/strong>\u00a0–\u00a0BPJS Ketenagakerjaan\u00a0(BPJAMSOSTEK) akan melaksanakan kebijakan pemerintah dalam hal ini memberikan potongan iuran sebesar 90%. Hal itu dilakukan untuk membantu perusahaan agar tak melakukan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) dan memberikan Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR).<\/p>\n

“BPJAMSOSTEK mendukung sepenuhnya kebijakan tersebut agar dapat ikut membantu perusahaan atau pemberi kerja tidak melakukan PHK dan memastikan pembayaran THR,” ujar Direktur Utama BPJAMSOSTEK Agus Susanto, dalam keterangan resmi yang dikutip detikcom, Jumat (1\/5\/2020).<\/p>\n

Adapun pemotongan iuran sebesar 90% untuk iuran Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK) dan Jaminan Kematian (JKM) selama 3 bulan. Pemotongan bisa diperpanjang 3 bulan berikutnya.<\/p>\n

“Iuran program JKK dan JKM rencananya dipotong 90% atau cukup dibayarkan pemberi kerja sebesar 10% setiap bulannya selama 3 bulan dan dapat diperpanjang 3 bulan lagi berdasarkan evaluasi Pemerintah,” ucap Agus.<\/p>\n

Sedangkan, untuk iuran Jaminan Pensiun (JP) rencananya dibayarkan sebesar 30% saja setiap bulannya selama 3 bulan. Sedangkan selebihnya sebesar 70% dapat ditunda pembayarannya sampai 6 bulan berikutnya.<\/p>\n

Meski ada kebijakan ini, Agus menegaskan pemberian manfaat program JKK, JKM dan JP kepada peserta tidak akan berpengaruh atau berkurang.<\/p>\n

“Besaran kompensasi yang dapat dihemat oleh peserta pemberi kerja dari penyesuaian iuran program JKK, JKM dan JP ini mencapai sebesar Rp 12,6 triliun,” kata Agus.<\/p>\n

Khusus untuk iuran Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT), tidak dilakukan relaksasi dan tetap dibayarkan pemberi kerja dan pekerja sesuai regulasi berlaku.<\/p>\n

Pelaksanaan implementasi kebijakan relaksasi iuran ini masih harus menunggu terbitnya regulasi Peraturan Pemerintah (PP), yang saat ini sedang difinalisasi.<\/p>\n
