Tnews.com_Sulut \u2013 DPRD Sulut Menggelar Rapat Paripurna Istimewa Penyerahan Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan atas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara Tahun Anggaran 2019, Senin (11\/5\/2020) bertempat di Gedung DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, pukul 14:00 WITA.<\/p>\n

Penyerahan LHP turut dihadiri secara virtual oleh Gubernur Sulawesi Utara Olly Dondokambey dan Anggota VI BPK RI Prof. H. Harry Azhar Azis, M.A., Ph.D. CSFA.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Sementara itu, Anggota VI BPK dalam sambutannya menyatakan bahwa Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara harus melakukan upaya perbaikan pengelolaan keuangan, khususnya pada bidang:<\/p>\n

1. Kelemahan dalam sistem integrasi data pengelolaan piutang pajak kendaraan bermotor.
\n2. Mekanisme pengesahan dan pelaporan atas belanja yang bersumber dari Dana BOS belum optimal.
\n3. Keterlambatan penyelesaian pekerjaan dan kekurangan volume pekerjaan.<\/p>\n

\u201cBPK RI menyatakan bahwa terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan Tahun Anggaran 2019 Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, BPK memberikan Opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP). Pencapaian ini merupakan pencapaian Opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) secara enam kali berturut-turut oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n

Lanjut Azis, Pencapaian Opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) harus dibarengi dengan peningkatan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat, yaitu penurunan angka kemiskinan, penurunan angka pengangguran, peningkatan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Penurunan Gini Rasio.<\/p>\n

\u201cKarena pencapaian Opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) akan kurang mempunyai arti apabila tidak memberikan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Diketahui, menyikapi Pandemi Virus Corona, maka Rapat Paripurna Istimewa Penyerahan Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan atas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara Tahun Anggaran 2019 dilaksanakan dengan metode gabungan yakni Rapat Virtual dan Rapat Fisik dengan tetap menerapkan Protokol Kesehatan Pencegahan Peyebaran COVID-19.<\/p>\n
