TNews, HUKRIM<\/strong>\u00a0–\u00a0Anggota TNI dikeroyok sejumlah pria mabuk di Kabupaten Probolinggo.\u00a0Pengeroyokan terjadi usai mereka pesta miras.<\/p>\n

Dalam kasus pengeroyokan TNI tersebut, polisi menangkap 4 pelaku. Yakni Abdul Halim (30), warga Desa Sumber Kerang, Kecamatan Gending, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Kemudian Usman Wijaya (25), Dwi Jaka Hariyanto (18) dan Achmadrowi Maulana (20). Ketiganya warga Desa Pajurangan.<\/p>\n

Mereka mengaku tidak tahu bahwa korban yang mereka keroyok merupakan seorang anggota TNI. Sebab saat kejadian, korban tidak mengenakan seragam dinas.<\/p>\n

Mereka juga mengakui, pengeroyokan yang dilakukan di bawah pengaruh minuman beralkohol. Seperti yang disampaikan Usman.<\/p>\n

“Kapok dan tidak akan mengulangi perbuatan seperti ini lagi. Saat itu dalam kondisi mabuk, dan tidak tahu kalau yang dihajar anggota tentara,” ujar Usman di Mapolres Probolinggo, Jumat (15\/5\/2020).<\/p>\n

AKBP Ferdy Irawan, Kapolres Probolinggo mengatakan, saat kejadian ada polisi dari Polsek Gending yang melintas. Awalnya polisi mengamankan dua pelaku. Kemudian dari hasil pengembangan, polisi mengamankan 2 pelaku lainnya.<\/p>\n

“Kejadian aksi pengeroyokan terhadap rekan kita anggota TNI AL. Kita amankan 4 pelaku. Hasil pemeriksaan pelaku, saat melakukan aksinya dalam kondisi mabuk setelah pesta miras,” kata Ferdy.<\/p>\n

“Tidak tahu kalau korban merupakan anggota TNI AL dan kami masih melakukan penyelidikan, apakah masih ada pelaku lain dalam penganiayaan terhadap korban. Kita akan proses para pelaku sesuai prosedur hukum yang berlaku,” imbuh Ferdy.<\/p>\n

Keempat pelaku terancam Pasal 170 KHUP, tentang pengeroyokan atau menganiaya bersama-sama. Dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 5 tahun penjara.<\/p>\n

Pengeroyokan itu terjadi di Jalan Raya Gending, Desa Pajurangan, Kecamatan Gending, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Yakni pada Selasa (15\/5) sekitar pukul 17.00 WIB.<\/p>\n
