TNews, KOTAMOBAGU<\/strong> \u2013 Polda Sulut melalui Direktorat Kriminal Umum terus mendalami kasus dugaan penyerobotan tanah di kelurahan Gogagoman kecamatan Kotamobagu Barat yang terjadi sejak 2009 silam. Kasus itu tertuang dalam laporan Polda Sulut dengan laporan polisi nomor: LP\/78\/II\/2020\/SULUT\/SPKT<\/p>\n

Bahkan dalam pantauan sejumlah wartawan Selasa (20\/5) kemarin, untuk mendalami kasus itu, rombongan penyidik Polda Sulut mendatangi kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kotamobagu. Selain kantor BPN, Tim Penyidik juga mengunjungi sejumlah pemilik bangunan di lokasi sengketa.\u00a0 \u201cMasih penyelidikan, dan kasusnya sementara berproses,\u201d ujar AKP Deddy Polla, salah seorang penyidik saat dikonfirmasi usai pemeriksaan,” ujar AKP Deddy Polla, salah seorang penyidik saat dikonfirmasi usai pemeriksaan.<\/p>\n

Diketahui, sebelumnya BPN Kotamobagu, dan Provinsi Sulut telah resmi membatalkan sebanyak duabelas sertifikat diduga bodong dan mengesahkan dan mengakui sertifikat SHM Nomor 98 Tahun 1978 yang berlokasi di RT 25, RW 7 Lingkungan IV Kelurahan Gogagoman, Kecamatan Kotamobagu Barat, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara (Sulut).<\/p>\n

Hal tersebut berdasarkan keputusan kepala kantor Pertanahan Kota Kotamobagu Nomor: 28\/KEP-71.74-600\/VII\/2019 tentang pembatalan hak milik no.2662\/gogagoman atas nama Stella Mokoginta, sertifikat hak milik nomor 2664\/gogagoman atas nama Welly Mokoginta, sertifikat hak milik nomor 2665\/gogagoman atas nama Jantje Mokoginta, sertifikat hak milik nomor 2666\/gogagoman atas nama Robby Smith, sertifikat hak milik nomor 2785\/gogagoman ata nama Welly Mokoginta dan sertifikat hak milik nomor 2786\/gogagoman atas nama Jantje Mokoginta dan sertifikat hak milik nomor 2662 dan 2663 terletak di Kelurahan Gogagoman, Kecamatan Kotamobagu Barat, Kota Kotamobagu.<\/p>\n

Sebagaimana pelaksanaan putusan Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN) Manado nomor 40\/G\/2017\/PTUN.MDO, tanggal 9 Januari 2018 JO. Putusan Pengadilan Tinggi Tata Usaha (PTTUN) Makassar nomor 48\/B\/2018\/PT.TUN.MK<\/a>\u00a0tanggal 7 Juni 2018 JO. Putusan Mahkamah Agung RI nomor 559 K\/TUN\/2018 tanggal 30 Oktober 2018 yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap.<\/p>\n

Telah ditanda tangani Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Kota Kotamobagu Edwin Kamurahan tertanggal 24 Juli 2019.\u00a0Kasus tersebut juga telah keluar putusan PK (150 PK\/TUN\/2019) yang dimenangkan oleh Sientje Mokoginta Cs.<\/p>\n
