Benarkah?<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan beberapa penelitian yang dilakukan pada manusia, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa semua produk susu, seperti keju, memiliki efek positif pada pola tidur. Orang yang mengkonsumsi susu di malam hari bisa membuat tidur lebih nyenyak.<\/p>\n<p>Mengutip Times of India, sesuai penelitian yang pernah dilakukan, susu mengandung dua senyawa penting yaitu triptofan dan melatonin yang berfungsi untuk membantu tidur.<\/p>\n<p>Triptofan membantu dalam memproduksi neurotransmitter yang disebut serotonin, yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan mood dan menenangkan pikiran. Sementara melatonin, membantu untuk mengendalikan ritme sirkadian dan mempersiapkan tubuh untuk tidur.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, minum susu di malam hari juga dikaitkan dengan penambahan berat badan. Bahkan minum susu juga bisa memperburuk kondisi orang yang mengalami sembelit.<\/p>\n<p>Meski begitu, susu dianggap sebagai asupan sehat yang kaya akan nutrisi untuk tubuh.
