TNews, NASIONAL<\/strong>\u00a0–\u00a0Bangunan dan tanah sekolah negeri di Garut diduga dijual oknum kepala desa. Kabar tersebut viral di media sosial dan menjadi perbincangan warganet.<\/p>\n

Informasi tentang bangunan dan tanah sekolah yang dijual itu beredar via Facebook. Salah satu penggunanya mengunggah unggahan tersebut pada Selasa (30\/6) kemarin.<\/p>\n

“MASYARAKAT PEMBELI SUDAH MULAI MENGAMBIL GENTING BANGUNAN SEKOLAH ASET MILIK PEMDA YANG DI JUAL OLEH OKNUM KEPALA DESA JAYAMUKTI KEC CIHURIP,” kata pemilik akun dalam unggahannya.<\/p>\n

Selain mengunggah foto bangunan sekolah, pemilik akun Facebook tersebut juga mengunggah foto kwitansi pembayaran. Berdasarkan kwitansi tersebut, diketahui bangunan dan tanah desa itu dijual oleh Kepala Desa Jayamukti bernama Hamdani kepada seseorang bernama Abdul Manaf.<\/p>\n

Bangunan dan tanah SDN 3 Jayamukti itu diketahui dijual seharga Rp 80 juta pada November 2019 lalu.<\/p>\n

Wakil Bupati Garut Helmi Budiman saat dikonfirmasi, Rabu (1\/7\/2020) siang membenarkan hal tersebut. Helmi mengatakan, permasalahan tersebut tengah ditangani pihaknya. Kendati demikian, Helmi mengaku akan menindaklanjuti sendiri benar atau tidaknya bangunan dan tanah sekolah itu dijual oleh oknum kades.<\/p>\n

“Benar atau tidak harus kita konfrontir. Kita cari tahu kenapa bisa sampai dijual,” ungkap Helmi.<\/p>\n
