Wisatawan yang datang pun tetap harus mematuhi peraturan.<\/p>\n<p>Jaro Saija atau kepala desa khusus untuk urusan administrasi pemerintahan di Desa Kanekes menyebut bahwa lembaga adat tetap mempertahankan Baduy sebagai destinasi wisata atau bisa dikunjungi tamu dari luar. Keputusan ini ia katakan diambil setelah adanya musyawarah bersama Tanggungan Jaro 12 dan pimpinan adat tertinggi atau\u00a0<em>puun.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Iya (musyawarah) saya yang menghadap ke sana ke Cikeusik (Baduy Dalam), mengumpulkan lembaga adat, Tanggungan Jaro 12 itu hasilnya yang kemarin dianggap hoax, iya dianggap tidak benar, memang saya juga (anggap) tidak benar sih kalau seperti itu,&#8221;kata Saija saat dihubungi melalui seluler di Lebak, Banten, Jumat (10\/7\/2020).<\/p>\n<p>Dari hasil musyawarah, Saija menyebut bahwa ada yang tidak dihargai soal penyampaian surat langsung ke Presiden. Seperti mulai dari pihak desa, dinas, Pemkab Lebak sampai Provinsi Banten.<\/p>\n<p>Nasihat dari pimpinan adat tertinggi atau\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">puun<\/em>\u00a0katanya meminta agar hak-hak ulayat yang ada di peraturan daerah tetap tidak diubah. Kebudayaan di Baduy tetap dipertahankan dan tidak boleh ada pembangunan di kawasan itu.<\/p>\n<p>Orang luar yang ingin ke Baduy diperbolehkan. Tapi, mereka harus mentaati aturan adat secara ketat saat berkunjung ke sana yaitu menjaga ketertiban, kebersihan dan keamanan. Selain itu, wisatawan diingatkan soal larangan mengambil foto khususnya di Baduy dalam. .<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Itu dari dulu menegaskan, kalau ke (Baduy) dalam, tidak boleh berfoto, itu saya sudah kasih pengarahan. Itu mah kalau untuk penutupan wisata hoax, mungkin ada kecemburuan ibaratnya,&#8221; paparnya.<\/p>\n<p>Saat dihubungi, Saija sendiri mengaku sedang melakukan musyawarah dengan Pemkab Lebak dan kepolisian.
