TNews, BOLMUT<\/strong> \u2013 Sekertaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara (Bolmut) Dr. Drs.Hi. Asripan Nani, M.SI, kembali dibuat geram dengan ulah puluhan Aparatur Sipil Negara di lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) yang kurang disiplin (Kudis). \"\"<\/div>\n

Hal ini bermula saat salah satu ASN Pemkab Bolmut, mengarahkan untuk mengatur barisan pelaksanaan apel Senin pagi (13\/07\/2020) di halaman Kantor Bupati Bolmut, sayangnya masi terlihat ada puluhan ASN, berada diluar seakan tidak mengindahkan arahan untuk berbaris mengikuti apel.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Melihat hal tersebut, Sekda Bolmut Dr.Drs.Hi.Asripan Nani,\u00a0M.SI\u00a0pun naik pitam, kesal dengan ulah para ASN yang menurutnya tidak disiplin dan bertanggung jawab.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
“Semua sudah tau pelaksanaan Apel pukul 07:30 Wita,\u00a0 tidak perlu lagi diatur untuk berbaris,”tegas Panglima ASN Bolmut , yang langsung mengambil\u00a0 alih komando dan mengarahkan ASN untuk berbaris mengikuti apel.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Menurut Sekda Bolmut, disiplin untuk melakukan apel ini, selalu diingatkan oleh Bupati Bolmut, sampai-sampai sudah ada contoh ASN yang diberikan sangsi karena tidak disiplin.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
“Anak SD saja di perintahkan gurunya untuk berbaris melaksanakan apel mereka dengan cepat melasanakannya. Apalagi kita ASN yang memberikan contoh kepada masyarakat tidak disiplin,”ujar Sekda Bolmut.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Disampaikan Sekda Bolmut, semua hak ASN, sudah diberikan baik pembayaran Gaji dan TPP tepat waktu. Jadi tidak alasan lagi untuk tidak disiplin\u00a0 dan tertib dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai ASN.<\/div>\n

“Checks and balances\u00a0 hak ASN sudah diberikan tepat waktu, jadi apa yang menjadi kewajiban kita sebagai ASN harus dijalankan,”kata Sekda Bolmut.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Sekda Bolmut, menambahkan dirinya ingin menciptakan ASN Bolmut, yang tangguh dan disiplin merupakan komitmen bersama di Kabupaten Bolmut. Untuk itu, kegiatan apel merupakan salah satu point yang penting sebelum ASN tersebut melaksanakan tugasnya.<\/div>\n

“Salah satu yang penting bagi ASN adalah apel pagi, hal itu menunjukan kedisiplinan dan kesiapan ASN dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada publik, ” pungkas Sekda Bolmut.<\/div>\n

Turut hadir apel tersebut Wakil Bupati Bolmut Drs. Hi. Amin Lasena, M.AP.,Asisten Setda Pemkab Bolmut, Kepala SKPD dan ASN lingkup Pemkab Bolmut.<\/div>\n
