Hal ini dikatakan, Kepala Diskominfo Kotamobagu, Ahmad Yani Umar, Rabu, (15\/07\/2020).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pihaknya telah menyiapkan aplikasi video conference untuk dapat digunakan dalam acara rapat maupun koordinasi oleh perangkat daerah. Dengan catatan minimal 2 hari sebelum hari H pelaksanaan rapat yang akan digunakan para perangkat daerah atau Lurah, Sangadi, harus melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak Kominfo, setelah itu akan diberikan kode dan pasword aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk meeting atau rapat secara virtual,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, pihak Kominfo juga telah menyiapkan aplikasi mengenai management surat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNantinya tidak ada surat secara fisik dan akan dibuatkan aplikasi khusus seperti management surat dan email.
