Ambar SH, LL.M., M.Kn yang juga sebagai coordinator Divisi Penegakan Hukum dan Penyelesaian Sengketa dalam rapat mengatakan maksud pertemuan adalah membahas antisipasi Bawaslu bersama Polres dan Kejari, ketika ada temuan terkait pelanggaran pidana dalam Pilkada pada 9 Desember nanti.<\/p>\n<p>Ambar juga menjelaskan pembentukan sentra Gakkumdu bertujuan untuk penyelarasan pemahaman dalam melakukan penanganan pelanggaran khususnya dugaan pelanggaran pidana Pilkada.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMengingat penanganan pelanggaran diberikan batas waktu beberapa hari dan sudah harus ada putusan, hal ini diharapkan agar unsur dalam Gakkumdu mempunyai pemahaman yang sama dalam melakukan penanganan pelanggaran, khususnya dugaan pelanggaran pidana, terlebih khusus dalam penindakan pidana pemilu baik Pilkada Bupati\/Wakil Bupati Minut maupun Gubernur\/Wakil Gubernur Sulut yang dilaksanakan secara bersama,\u201d tegas Ambar.
