TNews, SELEB<\/strong>\u00a0–\u00a0Boy William\u00a0diperiksa sebagai saksi kasus pembobolan kartu kredit atau carding di Polda Jawa Timur. Boy diperiksa karena menerima endorse tiket pesawat pulang pergi ke Eropa dari akun instagram @tiketkinian yang melakukan carding pada ratusan kartu kredit milik warga Jepang.<\/p>\n

Usai diperiksa, Boy mengaku tidak mempermasalahkan hal ini. Dia menyebut pemeriksaan ini merupakan risiko pekerjaan akibat kelalaiannya dalam menerima endorse.<\/p>\n

“Nggak apa lah, ini salah satu bagian dari pekerjaan juga, after effect, kelalaian saya sendiri,” curhat Boy di Mapolda Jatim Jalan Ahmad Yani Surabaya, Rabu (22\/7\/2020).<\/p>\n

Boy menambahkan harusnya dia dijadwalkan diperiksa sejak Maret lalu. Namun karena dia baru pulang dari Amerika saat ada pandemi COVID-19, pemeriksaan terpaksa harus diundur.<\/p>\n

“Jadi waktu pertama kali dipanggil, posisi saya masih di luar negeri dan pas balik ke Indonesia COVID-19 lagi happening banget, (penumpang) pesawat dari Korea, dari Italia, semua pesawat harus karantina 14 hari,” imbuhnya.<\/p>\n

Begitu telah melakukan karantina, Boy mengaku harus meminta penundaan pemeriksaannya lagi. Karena, saat itu, sejumlah bandara berikut pesawatnya tidak beroperasi. Begitu pula dengan sejumlah daerah yang menerapkan pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB).<\/p>\n

“Pas udah selesai, ada lockdown, jadi semakin panjang seperti sekarang,” lanjut Boy.<\/p>\n

Usai diperiksa selama lima jam, Boy mengaku jika dirinya menerima endorse tiket pesawat. Namun, Boy menyebut tidak mengetahui jumlah pasti berapa harga tiket tersebut.<\/p>\n

“Soal kasus kemarin terbang ke Eropa. Tapi semuanya sudah aman dan sudah diberesin sama teman-teman di sini dan kita sudah datang sebagai saksi juga. Kalau nominalnya aku kurang tahu, tapi benar aku menerima tiket jasa pulang pergi,” ungkap\u00a0Boy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Saat disinggung terkait jumlah pertanyaan yang diajukan polisi, Boy mengaku mendapat sekitar 30 pertanyaan. Dia menambahkan dirinya hanya menerima endorse sekali saja.<\/p>\n

“Tadi lumayan banyak, lupa berapa, sekitar 30. Sekali doang (nerima endorse) sekali berangkat sekali pergi. Tiket pesawat aja,” pungkasnya.<\/p>\n

Sebelumnya, polisi telah memeriksa sejumlah artis dan selebgram yang menjadi endorse akun tiketkekinian. Akun tersebut menjual promo tiket yang didapatkannya dengan cara membobol kartu kredit 500-an warga Jepang.<\/p>\n

Sejumlah artis dan selebgram yang diperiksa yakni Karin Novilda alias Awkarin, Gisella Anastasia, Tyas Mirasih, Ruth Stefanie, hingga Sarah Gibson.<\/p>\n

Polda Jatim juga telah meringkus empat tersangka pembobolan kartu kredit atau carding. Lewat aksinya, tersangka meraup keuntungan ratusan juta. Atas perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat Pasal 32 ayat (1) juncto Pasal 48 ayat (1) UU Informasi Transaksi Elektronik juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) KUHP dan\/atau Pasal 56 KUHP, dengan hukuman maksimal 10 tahun penjara, dan denda Rp 5 Miliar.<\/p>\n
