Tulang iga, tulang paha, jeroan, kepala dan kaki kambing juga enak dibuat\u00a0tengkleng. Sup kambing bening dengan kuah berempah ini enak dimakan dengan sedikit kecap manis dan gerusan cabe rawit merah utuh.<\/p>\n<p>Rahasianya terletak pada bumbu yang lengkap dan cara merebus yang memakai api kecil. Hasilnya kaldu bening dan bumbu yang meresap ke dalam daging dan jeroan. Meskipun sup ini awalnya dibuat memanfaatkan sisa-sisa daging dan tulang kambing tetapi rasanya justru nikmat.<\/p>\n<p>Jika mendapat jeroan dan tulang-tulang kambing saat Idul Adha, olah saja jadi\u00a0tengkleng\u00a0kambing khas Solo. Cara menyantapnya, taruh nasi dalam piring cekung lalu guyur dengan tengkleng panas berikut isiannya. Sedap banget!<\/p>\n<p>Ikuti resep berikut jika ingin meracik tengkleng kambing yang sedap.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tengkleng Kambing Khas Solo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bahan:<br \/>\n500 g daging dan tulang iga kambing<br \/>\n1.5 liter air<br \/>\n3 sdm minyak sayur<br \/>\n2 lembar daun salam<br \/>\n2 lembar daun jeruk<br \/>\n2 cm lengkuas, memarkan<br \/>\n3 cm kayu manis<br \/>\n5 butir cengkih<br \/>\n10 buah cabe rawit merah<br \/>\nBumbu halus:<br \/>\n4 butir kemiri<br \/>\n1 sdt ketumbar<br \/>\n1\/2 sdt jinten<br \/>\n5 butir bawang merah<br \/>\n3 siung bawang putih<br \/>\n2 cm jahe<br \/>\n3 cm jahe<br \/>\n1 sdt gula pasir<br \/>\n2 sdt garam<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara membuat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cuci bersih daging kambing lalu tiriskan.<br \/>\n\u2022 Didihkan air, masukkan daging kambing dan masak hingga kotoran dan busa mengambang di permukaannya.
