Jika mendapatkan potongan daging ini saat Idul Adha, kecuali dibuat sup juga enak dibuat gulai cancang.<\/p>\n<p>Jika suka, potongan jeroan kambing dan sapi juga enak dimasak gulai cancang. Selain rempah segar dan rempah kering yang bagus kualitasnya, gunakan santan segar agar mendapatkan endapan kelapa dan minyaknya yang menyatu dengan daging. Rasanya makin gurih enak.<\/p>\n<p>Kalau ingin membuat\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.detik.com\/search\/searchall?query=gulai&amp;siteid=2\">gulai\u00a0<\/a>cancang daging sapi ikuti petunjuk dan langkah resep berikut ini.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resep Gulai Cancang Daging Sapi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bahan:<br \/>\n500 g daging sandung lamur sapi, potong-potong<br \/>\n1 lter air<br \/>\n250 ml santan kental<br \/>\n1 sdm kaldu jamur<br \/>\nRempah segar:<br \/>\n1 batang serai tua, memarkan<br \/>\n1 lembar daun kunyit, simpulkan<br \/>\n2 lembar daun jeruk purut<br \/>\n2 cm lengkuas<br \/>\nRempah kering:<br \/>\n5 butir kapulaga<br \/>\n1 buah bunga lawang<br \/>\n2 cm kayu manis<br \/>\n1 sdt pala bubuk<br \/>\n2 sdt ketumbar bubuk<br \/>\nBumbu, haluskan:<br \/>\n100 g cabe merah keriting<br \/>\n5 butir bawang merah<br \/>\n5 siung bawang putih<br \/>\n2 cm kunyit<br \/>\n2 cm jahe<br \/>\n1 sdm garam<br \/>\n1 sdt gula pasir<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara membuat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Panaskan minyak dalam wajan, tumis bumbu halus hingga bebrutir halus, harum dan matang.<br \/>\n\u2022 Masukkan serai, daun kunyit, daun salam, daun jeruk dan lengkuas. Aduk-aduk hingga layu.<br \/>\n\u2022 Masukkan daging sapi, aduk hingga kaku.<br \/>\n\u2022 Tambahkan kapulaga, bunga lawang, kayu manis, pala dan ketumbar.
