Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) resmi dilaksanakan melalui Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) di seluruh Indonesia. Khusus untuk Kotamobagu, dari 125 ribu penduduk hanya separuh yang terdaftar dalam JKN. Berdasarkan data yang dirangkum Totabuanews, hanya sekitar 77,527 atau 65,5 persen penduduk Kotamobagu yang di cover oleh JKN. Sedangkan sisanya sekitar 47 ribu atau 35 persen penduduk tidak masuk dalam JKN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Namun di tataran masyarakat, masih banyak yang belum mengetahui pelaksanaan JKN ini. Salah satunya Riani, warga Kampung Baru. Kepada Media ini, dia mengaku belum secara jelas mengetahui pelaksanaan JKN ini. Dia hanya melihat iklan di televisi namun tidak terlalu jelas. \u201cSaya belum tau mekanismenya seperti apa. Saya harap pihak terkait bisa gencar melakukan sosialisasi sampai ke seluruh lapisan masyarakat,\u201d tutur salah satu ibu rumah tangga ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kepala Dinas Kesehatan dr Salmon Helweldery melalui Kabid Promosi Kesehatan Yolah Mamonto menjelaskan, peserta JKN adalah mereka yang sebelumnya terdaftar di Askes, Jamsostek, Jamkesmas, Jamkesda, Asabri TNI dan Polri serta asuransi kesehatan lainnya. Nantinya hingga 2019 seluruh penduduk Indonesia termasuk di Kotamobagu akan masuk menjadi peserta JKN. \u201cIni dilakukan secara bertahap. Di mana warga yang belum terdaftar dalam JKN, akan didata dan dimasukan secara bertahap hingga 2019,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Terpisah, Kasie Jaminan Pemeliharaan Kesehatan Masyarakat Sufrin Imban mengungkapkan, bagi peserta Askes, Jamsostek, Jamkesmas, Jamkesda, Asabri TNI dan Polri serta asuransi kesehatan lainnya ini sudah secara otomatis terdaftar dalam JKN. Maka, tidak perlu melakukan pendaftaran kembali. Sedangkan untuk kartu, mereka masih diajurkan menggunakan kartu masing-masing. \u201cSampai saat ini belum ada pemberitahuan untuk penyeragaman kartu,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lanjutnya, kuota Jamkesda yang dikhususkan bagi warga miskin di kota ini telah ditambah. Kuota sebelumnya hanya 2,800 dan tahun ini telah ditambah menjadi 20 ribu atau naik 17,200. \u201cTambahan kuota ini akan diprioritaskan bagi warga yang memiliki kondisi perekonomian menengah ke bawah.
