Hal ini bisa dibuktikan saat kamu tidur, kamu masih bernapas. Tandanya, otak tetap bekerja mengatur sistem pernapasanmu.<\/p>\n<p>Terlebih lagi mimpi menjadi bukti bahwa otak tetap bekerja bahkan saat kamu tidur.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Mengingat mimpi tandanya tidur nyenyak<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kebanyakan orang bermimpi setiap malam, tetapi tidak mengingat mimpi itu saat pagi hari. Ada anggapan orang yang bisa mengingat mimpinya, tandanya mereka tidur dengan nyenyak.<\/p>\n<p>Faktanya, mengingat mimpi disebabkan oleh neuron tertentu yang aktif selama tidur, sehingga berpotensi menekan ingatan mimpi.
