Meskipun pakai sentuhan rasa Jepang, pasta ini tetap enak dimakan hangat tanpa taburan keju.<\/p>\n<p>Saus\u00a0mentai\u00a0atau mentaiko belakangan ini populer dipadukan dengan salmon, nasi atau dengan sushi. Aslinya saus ini dibuat dari telur ikan cod, tetapi kini dipakai telur ikan terbang atau tobiko.<\/p>\n<p>Kreasi pasta ala Jepang dikenal dengan sebutan wafu. Fusion Italia dan Jepang ternyata menghasilkan pasta dengan rasa unik. Seperti tambahan taburan nori panggang atau katsuobushi.<\/p>\n<p>Kalau kamu tergoda membuat pasta dengan rasa Jepang, spaghetti\u00a0mentai\u00a0ini bisa kamu coba. Gurihnya mentai bisa menggantikan keju yang biasa jadi paduan spaghetti. Bikin yuk!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spaghetti Mentai<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bahan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g spaghetti<br \/>\n\u2022 2 liter air<br \/>\n\u2022 1 sdt garam<br \/>\n\u2022 3 sdm minyak sayur<br \/>\n\u2022 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus<br \/>\n\u2022 5 ekor udang ukuran besar, iris kasar<br \/>\n\u2022 Suas Mentai:<br \/>\n\u2022 300 ml mayones Jepang botolan<br \/>\n\u2022 2 sdm saus tomat<br \/>\n\u2022 3 sdm saus cabe botolan<br \/>\n\u2022 1\/2 sdt merica bubuk<br \/>\n\u2022 1\/2 sdt garam<br \/>\n\u2022 1 sdt air jeruk nipis\/lemon<br \/>\n\u2022 Taburan:<br \/>\n\u2022 2 lembar nori, gunting kasar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cara membuat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Didihkan air dengan garam lalu masukkan spaghetti, rebus hingga sapghetti lunak. Tiriskan.<br \/>\n2. Saus Mentai: Aduk semua bahan saus hingga tercampur rata.<br \/>\n3. Tumis bawang putih hingga wangi. Masukkan udang, aduk hingga kaku.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan pasta, aduk hingga tercampur rata.<br \/>\n5. Bubuhi garam dan merica lalu aduk dan angkat.<br \/>\n6. Campur pasta dengan saus mentai hingga rata.<br \/>\n7. Taruh di piring saji, taburi nori.<br \/>\n8.
