{"id":88423,"date":"2020-10-21T20:50:37","date_gmt":"2020-10-21T12:50:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=88423"},"modified":"2020-10-21T20:50:37","modified_gmt":"2020-10-21T12:50:37","slug":"usai-di-evaluasi-apbd-perubahan-ta-2020-pemkab-bolmong-disesuaikan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=88423","title":{"rendered":"Usai di Evaluasi, APBD Perubahan TA 2020 Pemkab Bolmong disesuaikan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TNews, BOLMONG \u2014<\/strong> Usai di evaluasi Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Sulawesi Utara (Sulut), Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Perubahan (APBD-P) Tahun Anggaran (TA) 2020 Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bolaang Mongondow (Bolmong) saat ini tengah disesuaikan Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah (TAPD).<\/p>\n<p>Dikatakan Kepala Badan Keuangan Daerah (BKD) Bolmong Rio Lombone, sebagaimana catatan dalam evaluasi yang digelar dokumen APBD-P tersebut sementara disesuaikan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTahapan evaluasi bersama dengan Pemprov sudah selesai dilaksanakan pekan lalu. Saat ini kami akan melakukan penyesuaian hasil evaluasi itu,\u201d ungkap Rio, Rabu (21\/10\/2020).<\/p>\n<p>Lanjut Rio, untuk kegiatan yang tidak masuk dalam APBD Perubahan, atau yang berlangsung 12 bulan bisa dilakukan proses pengajuan Surat Perintah Membayar (SPM) dari masing-masing Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTetapi, kalau kegiatan yang tertata dalam APBD Perubahan, maka harus menunggu SPD triwulan empat. Penerbitan SPD ini menunggu tahapan penomoran hingga DPA masing-masing OPD yang selesai ditandatangani oleh TAPD,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Kepala Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) Yarlis Hatam mengatakan, dalam APBD Perubahan tahun 2020 tidak banyak perubahan yang dilakukan. Hanya penyesuaian masuknya Dana Insentif Daerah (DID) sebesar Rp 14,9 Miliar atas pengelolaan keuangan Pemkab Bolmong dalam rangka pandemi Covid-19 yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Pusat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTidak banyak perubahan. Hanya ada penyesuaian dan pembagian DID kepada OPD yang mendapatkannya sebagaimana petunjuk teknis penggunaan DID ini,\u201d kata Yarlis belum lama ini.<\/p>\n<p>Sekadar diketahui, DID tersebut didapatkan dari penataan, pemamfaatan hingga pelaporan refocusing anggaran, khususnya terkait dengan percepatan penanganan Covid-19 oleh Pemkab Bolmong yang mendapat apresiasi dari pemerintah pusat. Hal ini tertuang dalam Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) nomor 87\/pmk.07\/2020 tentang pengelolaan DID tambahan tahun anggaran 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Pemkab Bolmong melakukan refocusing anggaran sebagaimana Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2020 tentang Kebijakan Keuangan Negara dan Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan untuk Penanganan Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) dan\/atau Dalam Rangka Menghadapi Ancaman yang Membahayakan Perekonomian Nasional dan\/atau Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Imran
