Kodam Jaya mengklarifikasi hal tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Pgs. Kapendam Jaya Kolonel Inf Refki Efriandana Edwar mengatakan video itu dibuat oleh prajurit TNI AD saat perjalanan melaksanakan tugas pengamanan (Pam) objek vital Bandara Soekarno-Hatta (Soetta). Prajurit yang merekam adalah Kopda Asyari anggota Yonzikon 11 Kodam Jaya.<\/p>\n<p>Refki mengatakan video itu direkam saat perjalanan ke\u00a0Bandara Soekarno Hatta\u00a0untuk melakukan pengamanan menjelang pulangnya Habib Rizieq. Kopda Asyari berangkat dari satuan Yonzikon 11 Matraman Jakarta Pusat dengan menggunakan truk militer NPS dan duduk di bagian belakang truk bersama rekan-rekannya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sekiranya pukul 10.00 WIB saat melintas di Jalan Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur, yang bersangkutan mengambil\/merekam video dan memberikan komentar tentang tugas yang berbeda dengan tugas yang diberikan oleh Komando untuk pengamanan obyek vital nasional Bandara Soekarno Hatta,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Refki mengatakan perbuatan Kopda Asyari merupakan pelanggaran dalam tata kehidupan militer. Prajurit itu akan dikenakan sanksi disiplin.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dalam tata kehidupan militer, tindakan prajurit tersebut jelas bertentangan dengan hukum sebagaimana diatur dalam pasal 8 huruf a UU nomor 25 tahun 2014 tentang Hukum Disiplin Militer dan akan dijatuhi sanksi sesuai dengan tingkat kesalahannya,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Video itu berdurasi 17 detik. Dalam video yang beredar, tampak prajurit TNI sedang duduk di bagian belakang truk.<\/p>\n<p>Perekam video mengatakan &#8220;On the way bandara, persiapan pengamanan Imam Besar Habib Rizieq Syihab.
