ADVETORIAL, BOLMONG \u2014<\/strong> Mewakili Bupati Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow (Bolmong) Yasti Soepredjo Mokoagow, Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Tahlis Gallang resmi membuka kegiatan Bimbingan teknis (Bimtek) Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) berdasarkan Peraturan Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) Nomor: 90 tahun 2019 tentang klasifikasi, kodefikasi dan nomenklatur perencanaan daerah, Jumat (20\/11\/2020) kemarin di Hotel Gran Luley, Manado.<\/p>\n

Kegiatan yang diprakarsai Badan Keuangan Daerah (BKD) tersebut, turut dihadiri Ketua DPRD Bolmong Welty Komaling juga selaku ketua Badan Anggaran (Banggar) Wakil Ketua DPRD Syukron Mamonto, Wakil Ketua DPRD Abdul Kadir Mangkat dan para anggota Banggar DPRD, para pimpinan SKPD dengan menghadirkan pemateri dari Kemendagri serta peserta Bimtek kepala sub bagian program dan operator SKPD Bolmong.<\/p>\n

Dalam laporan Kepala Badan Keuangan (BKD) Rio Lombone mengatakan, peserta berjumlah 108 orang. Yang terdiri dari Kasubag Program dan operator di masing-masing SKPD.<\/p>\n

Sedangkan pemateri berasal dari Direktorat Bina Bangsa Kemendagri yang terdiri dari Yanuar Andriyana Putra, Kasie Wilayah I Subdit dukungan teknis Direktorat perencanaan anggaran daerah Kemendagri, Dj Gagat Sidi Wahono Ketua Tim IT SIPD.<\/p>\n

Tahlis saat memberikan sambutan sekaligus membuka kegiatan mengucapkan terima kasih atas waktu yang diberikan bagi daerah Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow. Dimana, di tengah kesibukan dari 540 daerah di Indonesia, Kabupaten Bolmong paling pertama. \u201cTentunya kami berterima kasih dan memberikan apresiasi yang sebesar-besarnya,\u201d kata Tahlis.<\/p>\n

Lanjutnya, secara serentak untuk tahun 2021 seluruh daerah menggunakan SIPD. \u201cKalau dulunya kita menggunakan aplikasi yang berbeda-beda, untuk tahun 2021 ini disatukan dalam satu aplikasi yakni SIPD,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n

Dengan aplikasi SIPD Kemendagri kata dia, bisa memantau secara langsung ke-masing-masing daerah. Kemendagri bisa melihat secara langsung dana transfer ke daerah, Kemendagri juga bisa memantau secara langsung evaluasi ke daerah-daerah.<\/p>\n

\u201cItulah fungsi dan manfaat aplikasi ini. Karena langsung dipantau kondisi daerah. Bisa menjadi bahan evaluasi, bisa terpantau daerah yang sering melakukan pergeseran. Artinya, tidak matang dalam perencanaannya,\u201d pungkas Tahlis.<\/p>\n
