TNews, POLITIK<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Pemungutan suara 9 Desember pada Pemilihan Serentak di Sulut berjalan sukses.<\/p>\n

Meski ada sejumlah catatan negatif, namun secara umum prosesnya memuaskan.<\/p>\n

Dosen Kepemiluan Universitas Sam Ratulangi (Unsrat) Manado,\u00a0Ferry Liandomengakui itu.<\/p>\n

Menurut Ferry Liando, logistik pemilihan tidak lagi menjadi hambatan dan sebagian besar petugas bekerja sesuai fungsinya.<\/p>\n

Namun, kedisiplinan pemilih kata Liando, kedepan harus menjadi perhatian.<\/p>\n

Katanya, masih ada warga membawa kamera di dalam TPS padahal tindakan itu dilarang.<\/p>\n

Sebagian masyarakat juga tidak ketat menggunakan masker dan berkerumun di sekitar lokasi pemungutan suara.<\/p>\n

Dikatakan, permasalahan pada tahapan pencoblosan cenderung penyakit lama yang belum terpecahkan.<\/p>\n

Misalnya soal keakuratan data pemilih, ketepatan waktu pencoblosan serta kelalaian sebagian petugas di TPS.<\/p>\n

\u201cMakanya ada TPS harus pemungutan suara ulang,\u201d tegas Ferry kepada BeritManado.com, Senin (14\/12\/2020).<\/p>\n

Ia menuturkan, Pilkada 2020 memang tidak dilaksnakan seperti biasanya.<\/p>\n

Bimbingan teknis terhadap penyelenggara di tingkat adhoc juga belum maksimal karena ada larangan pertemuan banyak orang.<\/p>\n

Alhasil, kata Ferry, minimnya pemahaman ini menyebabkan kelalaian.<\/p>\n

Terlebih, tidak semua pemilih mengetahui larangan-larangan.<\/p>\n

Misalnya menggunakan hak pilih orang lain saat pencoblosan.<\/p>\n

Ada juga masyarakat yang tidak berhak memilih tapi diberikan kesempatan mencoblos.<\/p>\n

Terlepas dari itu, hal mengagetkan adalah tingginya partispasi pemilih.<\/p>\n

Kata Liando, ini mungkin terjadi karena masifnya KPU dan Bawalsu melakukan sosialisasi.<\/p>\n

Atau bisa jadi, dugaan politik uang masih menonjol.<\/p>\n

\u201cBanyak pemilih datang karena telah menerima suap dari tim sukses. Atau sudah dijanjikan sesuatu jika berhasil memilih calon tertentu,\u201d bebernya.<\/p>\n

Faktor berikutnya, tambah Liando, karena \u2018perang\u2019 antar pemilih di media sosial.<\/p>\n

Ini menjadi pemicu tingginya pengguna hak pilih.<\/p>\n

\u201cKarena saling memanasi, maka ada ketakutan atau gengsi. Maka ia berusaha mengajak rekan-rekannya mencoblos calon yang didukung,\u201d tandasnya.<\/p>\n
