TNews, NASIONAL<\/strong>\u00a0–\u00a0Belakangan heboh foto\u00a0Syekh Ali Jaber\u00a0<\/em>yang tersebar di media sosial, sedang menjalani perawatan di rumah sakit akibat COVID-19. Foto yang beredar menunjukkan Ali Jaber tengah menerima alat bantuan pernapasan, dengan mata terpejam.<\/p>\n

Foto ini lantas diduga diambil oleh salah satu perawat. Menanggapi hal ini, Persatuan Perawat Nasional Indonesia (PPNI), akan menyelidiki lebih lanjut terkait kebenaran informasi tersebut.<\/p>\n

“Kami sedang cari rumah sakitnya dan konfirmasi apakah benar perawat. Karena kadang perawat dan tenaga kesehatan lain bajunya sama,” kata Ketua Umum PPNI Harif Fadhillah, dikutip dari CNNIndonesia.<\/p>\n

Harif mewanti-wanti aturan perawat mengambil gambar pasien tanpa izin bisa dikenakan sanksi. Sanksi yang diberikan bisa dari organisasi profesi maupun RS yang melanggar kode etik.<\/p>\n

Menurut Harif, ada dua kode etik yang harus dipatuhi para perawat di RS, termasuk menjaga harkat dan martabat pasien. Selain itu, privasi dan kerahasiaan pasien juga harus dijaga.<\/p>\n

Sanksi yang bisa dikeluarkan bisa lisan maupun tertulis. Bahkan sanksi terberat bisa saja dicabut keanggotaannya dari\u00a0PPNI<\/em>.<\/p>\n

“Kalau dia dicabut keanggotaannya oleh organisasi profesi, maka akan berkait pada perizinan praktiknya. Karena untuk mendapat izin praktik, tenaga kesehatan harus dapat rekomendasi dari organisasi profesi,” kata Harif.<\/p>\n

Pencabutan keanggotaan organisasi profesi dijelaskan Harif bisa diteruskan pada dicabutnya izin praktik keperawatan.<\/p>\n
