TNews, HUKRIM<\/strong>\u00a0–\u00a0Chacha Sherly\u00a0eks Trio Macan meninggal dunia usai terlibat kecelakaan di Tol Semarang-Solo KM 428, Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah Senin (4\/1). Sopir mobil HR-V S 1180 HW yang ditumpangi Chacha, KU, kini resmi ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.<\/p>\n

“Sopir HR-V, KU, sebagai tersangka kecelakaan di tol\u00a0Semarang-Solo\u00a0KM 428,” jelas Kasatlantas Polres Semarang, M Adiel Aristo, saat dihubungi\u00a0, Kamis (7\/1\/2021).<\/p>\n

Aristo mengatakan, sopir HR-V melakukan kelalaian dalam kecelakaan itu. Yakni mengemudikan kendaraan dengan kecepatan hingga 100 km\/jam di saat kondisi hujan deras, hingga menyebabkan Chacha Sherly meninggal dunia.<\/p>\n

“Dengan kondisi hujan lebat, jarak pandang sangat terbatas, yang bersangkutan tak mampu menguasai kendaraannya saat mengemudi dengan kecepatan 80-100 km\/jam. Sehingga banting setir ke kanan menabrak water barrier di U-turn dan ditabrak bus,” jelasnya.<\/p>\n

“Melanggar pasal 310 ayat 4 UU no 22 tahun 2009. Karena kelalaiannya menyebabkan ada korban meninggal,” jelasnya.<\/p>\n

Sebelumnya diberitakan Polres Semarang melakukan olah TKP kecelakaan di Tol Semarang-Solo KM 428 bersama TAA Ditlantas Polda Jateng, Selasa (5\/1). Dari hasil olah TKP, mobil HR-V S 1180 HW yang ditumpangi\u00a0Chacha Sherly\u00a0melaju dengan kecepatan hingga 100 km\/jam. Padahal cuaca saat itu hujan deras.<\/p>\n

“Dari hasil olah TKP, kecepatan mobil HR-V mencapai 80-100 km\/jam, ditambah hujan deras sehingga jarak pandang terbatas,” jelas Aristo.<\/p>\n

Hal itu membuat sopir tidak mampu menguasai setirnya. Ketika di lokasi kecelakaan, rem tak berfungsi maksimal sehingga sopir membuang ke kanan melewati U-turn yang ditutup water barrier.<\/p>\n

“Setelah menabrak water barrier di U-turn, mobil yang kemudian berada di jalur A itu ditabrak bus Murni Jaya B 7378 TGD. Jarak yang sudah dekat, bus tidak bisa menghindar dan terjadilah laka lantas tersebut,” jelasnya.<\/p>\n

Kecelakaan yang dialami Chacha itu menurut Aristo berefek terhadap kecelakaan karambol di jalur B. Ia menjelaskan, karambol yang terjadi diakibatkan pengemudi yang fokus melihat kecelakaan yang dialami\u00a0Chacha\u00a0di jalur A.<\/p>\n

“Setelah menabrak water barrier di U-turn, mobil yang kemudian berada di jalur A itu ditabrak bus Murni Jaya B 7378 TGD. Jarak yang sudah dekat, bus tidak bisa menghindar dan terjadilah laka lantas tersebut,” jelasnya.<\/p>\n

Kecelakaan yang dialami Chacha itu menurut Aristo berefek terhadap kecelakaan karambol di jalur B. Ia menjelaskan, karambol yang terjadi diakibatkan pengemudi yang fokus melihat kecelakaan yang dialami\u00a0Chacha\u00a0di jalur A.<\/p>\n

“Kecelakaan karambol terjadi setelah laka lantas yang dialami Chacha. Sehingga beberapa kendaraan memperlambat laju, berkonsentrasi melihat laka lantas di jalur A antara HR-V dan bus,” jelasnya.<\/p>\n
