Karena warnanya merah, maka ini menjadi salah satu produk unggulan Kota Kotamobagu,\u201d ujarnya, Rabu, (27\/01\/2021).<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, beras merah pernah mewakili kotamobagu mengikuti kegiatan Pekan Nasional Petani Nelayan Indonesia Ke IX di Aceh.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeras merah sudah sampai di Aceh, saya bawa waktu itu 2017 mengikuti Pekan Nasional Petani Nelayan. Karena Prodak unggulan dalam bentuk inovasi dan menjadi unggulan Kotamobagu,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Natsir menuturkan, untuk penanamannya sama seperi padi pada umumnya, memerlukan waktu 85 hari atau Tiga Bulan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeras Murah mempunyai khasiat yang luar biasa. Karena selain obat kolestrol serta kadar gulanya sangat rendah, sehingga sangat cocok dikonsumsi oleh bagi penyakit gula. Harganya lebih mahal dari beras biasa yaitu 15 ribu per kilogram,\u201d jelas Natsir.<\/p>\n<p>Meski demikian, pria yang akrab disapa Tete Gufran ini mengakui memasarkan produk menjadi kendala utamanya, sehingga ia berharap pemerintah dapat membantu menyediakan pasar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKendalanya pada kemasan, label juga pemasarannya.
