TNews, SULUT \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Proses vaksinasi Covid-19 kepada seluruh pelayan publik di Sulut termasuk ASN Pemprov Sulawesi Utara (Sulut) akan dilaksanakan pada Februari ini.<\/p>\n

Hal itu disampaikan Sekprov Sulut Edwin Silangen ketika memimpin Rapat Koordinasi dan Evaluasi (Rakorev) pelaksanaan tugas-tugas di lingkup Setdaprov Sulut, Selasa (9\/2\/2021).<\/p>\n

\u201cPada minggu depan akhir bulan Februari seluruh pelayan publik akan dilakukan vaksinasi, termasuk kita semua yang ada di Kantor Gubernur ini. Karena sesuai edaran Menteri Kesehatan RI bahwa di tahap kedua ini akan divaksinasi kepada pelayan publik, pelaku ekonomi, tenaga kesehatan yang belum divaksinasi serta yang ditentukan oleh kepala daerah,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n

Meskipun ada vaksinasi, Silangen juga menegaskan bahwa Pemprov Sulut masih tetap fokus untuk mencegah dan menangani pandemi Covid-19 lewat penerapan protokol kesehatan baik memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak dan menjauhi kerumunan.<\/p>\n

\u201cMulai dari Kantor Gubernur ini karena itu kantor ini harus menjadi contoh untuk menjalankan protokol kesehatan Covid-19,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n

Di samping itu, Silangen juga mengatakan Pemprov Sulut tengah menyiapkan periode kedua kepemimpinan Gubernur Olly Dondokambey dan Wakil Gubernur Steven Kandouw yang sudah ditetapkan oleh KPU Sulut sebagai Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Sulut terpilih, yang rencana pelantikannya dipimpin Presiden Joko Widodo di Istana Negara pada Jumat pekan ini.<\/p>\n

Lebih jauh, masih dalam materi rapat, Silangen menjelaskan soal penggunaan APBD 2021 yang sudah dimulai sejak Januari namun karena masih ada masalah yang berkaitan dengan sistem karena sesuai instruksi Kemendagri RI terjadi perubahan sistem keuangan dari yang dulunya Simda ke SIPD, sementara gerak pelaksanaan tahun 2021 ini ternyata masih menemukan berbagai kendala dengan SIPD.<\/p>\n

Tambah dia, kendala ini dihadapi bukan hanya di Provinsi Sulut akan tetapi hampir semua daerah kabupaten\/kota mengalami masalah sehubungan dengan penerapan SIPD ini.<\/p>\n

\u201cSesuai arahan Kemendagri kita diminta untuk menggunakan manual catat konvensional atau catat melalui aplikasi Simda, kita berasumsi bahwa kita bisa pakai Simda tetapi juga kita pararelkan dengan SIPD,\u201d katanya, juga turut meminta kepada para asisten dan kepala biro agar mempersiapkan gerak pelaksanaan APBD dari masing-masing biro.<\/p>\n

Adapun rapat koordinasi ini diikuti oleh para Asisten dan Kepala Biro di lingkup Setdaprov Sulut.<\/p>\n
