Pasalnya, kebiasaan yang salah tersebut justru malah dapat mempengaruhi metabolisme dalam tubuh. Dikutip dari laman Eat This, berikut 3 kesalahan yang sering kali dilakukan di pagi hari.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bangun terlalu pagi<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bangun terlalu pagi atau tidur terlalu malam dapat menyebabkan masalah pada metabolisme tubuh. Hal itu diungkapkan oleh seorang nutrisionis asal Los Angeles, Seth Santoro, CHHC yang menyebutkan bahwa kurang tidur dapat membuat tubuh membakar lebih sedikit kalori, tidak bisa mengontrol nafsu makan, dan meningkatkan kadar kortisol atau hormon yang memproduksi lemak.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Tidak minum air putih<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Langsung mengonsumsi kopi di pagi hari saat bangun tidur merupakan sebuah kesalahan yang sering kali dilakukan oleh banyak orang. Padahal, untuk meningkatkan metabolisme dalam tubuh, kamu diharuskan meminum air putih setiap bangun tidur untuk memenuhi kebutuhan cairan selama tidur.<\/p>\n<p>Lisa Jubilee, MS, CDN, seorang nutrisionis, mengatakan bahwa meminum air putih setiap pagi dapat membantu tubuh menjadi lebih berenergi, tidak kembung, dan membuat tubuh memiliki nafsu makan lebih rendah. Perlu diketahui juga, kadar kortisol dalam tubuh berada dalam tingkat tertinggi 20-30 menit setelah bangun tidur. Mengonsumsi kafein di waktu tersebut dapat menyebabkan toleransi tubuh terhadap kafein menjadi meningkat.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Tidak sarapan<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Melewatkan sarapan ternyata dapat memperlambat metabolisme dalam tubuh, lho. Berdasarkan sebuah studi dari University of Hohenheim di Jerman, melewatkan sarapan dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya penyakit metabolik yang menjadi faktor risiko terjadinya obesitas dan diabetes tipe 2.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, saat tubuh merasa lapar, tubuh akan berhenti membakar kalori, sehingga metabolisme menjadi menurun.
